Purchases & Payments

All jewelry pieces offered on this website are crafted with care and attention to detail. Prices are listed in US Dollars ($) and include all applicable taxes. Payments are securely processed through encrypted systems, and your order will be confirmed only after approval from your payment provider. Noalle Jewelry reserves the right to update prices, product descriptions, and promotions at any time without prior notice.

Product Availability

We make every effort to ensure that all items displayed on the website are available in stock. However, in rare cases of unavailability, we will contact you promptly and offer either a full refund or a suitable replacement. Please note that minor variations in color, weight, or size may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry.

Shipping

Each piece is carefully packaged in a luxurious Noalle Jewelry box, then placed in secure and discreet outer packaging. Domestic shipping (within Israel) is available at a flat rate of $15, or free shipping for orders above $735. Estimated delivery time: 10-14 business days from order confirmation. International shipping is handled by DHL Express or FedEx, with a cost of $50–$100, depending on the destination. Orders above $2500 qualify for free international shipping. Please note that customs clearance or delivery delays caused by external factors are beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and documentation. Custom-made or personalized jewelry is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Warranty

Every Noalle Jewelry piece is carefully inspected before shipment. We offer a 180-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, impact, exposure to water, or chemicals. If a defect is identified, our team will evaluate the item and provide the appropriate professional repair or replacement.
