Use this guide to discover your perfect fit from the comfort of your home.

Method 1: Measure an Existing Ring

If you already own a ring that fits the intended finger perfectly, this is the most accurate method.

  1. Select a ring that fits the correct finger (the ring finger on your left hand may differ from your right!).

  2. Measure the internal diameter of the ring in millimeters (mm) using a precise ruler.

  3. Measure across the center (inside edge to inside edge). Do not include the metal of the band itself.

  4. Match your measurement to our conversion chart below.

Pro Tip: If the ring falls between two sizes, we always recommend ordering the larger size.

Method 2: Measure Your Finger

No ring handy? No problem. All you need is a piece of string or a thin strip of paper.

  1. Wrap it around: Wrap the string or paper around the base of the finger you intend to wear the ring on.

  2. Mark the spot: Use a pen to mark the exact point where the ends meet.

  3. Measure the length: Lay the string flat against a ruler and measure the distance in millimeters. This is your finger's circumference.

  4. Find your size: Compare the circumference to our size chart.

Important Tips for Accuracy

  • The Knuckle Factor: Your ring must be tight enough not to fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle with slight resistance.

  • Temperature Matters: Fingers tend to shrink when cold and swell when warm or during the evening. For the most accurate reading, measure your finger at the end of the day when it is at its largest.

  • Band Width: Wider bands (above 5mm) usually feel tighter than thin bands. If you are purchasing a wide NOALLE band, consider going up half a size.
