Refund policy

At Noalle Jewelry, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every acquisition. You may initiate a return for eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be in pristine, unworn condition, with all original tags attached, and must not have undergone any custom modifications or personalization.Upon receipt and thorough inspection of the returned item, we will meticulously process your refund to your original payment method within 30 business days.Kindly note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A cancellation and return fee of 5% of the transaction amount will apply, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

• Items must be in their original, pristine, and unworn condition.

• All original tags and labels must remain fully intact.

• Items must not have undergone any resizing, engraving, or other alterations specifically requested by the customer.

• Customized or personalized pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at service@noallejewelry.com within 14 days of delivery. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Return Shipping Protocol:

• Returns must be dispatched via a reputable and approved courier service, or delivered by hand.

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is determined to be defective under the terms of its warranty.

• The customer retains full responsibility for the jewelry item until it is officially received and inspected at our premises.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes on Returns:

• International orders, including returns, may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees, contingent upon the regulations of your respective country.

• These supplementary charges are not included in the original product price or shipping cost and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.

• Noalle exercises no control over these charges and is unable to estimate them in advance. We highly advise consulting your local customs office prior to initiating any international order or return.
