To provide you with absolute peace of mind, we proudly extend a 180-day Limited Warranty on all Noalle jewelry acquisitions.

What’s Covered

Our 180-day warranty protects you from manufacturing defects, including (but not limited to):
*Loose prongs
*Stone detachment
*Clasp malfunctions 

If you experience any of these issues, simply contact our customer service team at
contact@noallejewelry.com with your original order number and a brief description of the problem. 
We’ll guide you through the repair or replacement process at no additional cost.


This Limited Warranty Does Not Encompass:
*Standard wear and tear resulting from routine use. 
*Damage incurred due to accidents, improper use, negligence, or deliberate mishandling. 
*Unauthorized repairs or modifications performed by non-approved third parties (such actions will unequivocally void the warranty).    

*Damage arising from improper handling, cleaning, or storage not in accordance with our provided care  guidelines.


Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims: 
Any shipping costs associated with submitting an item for warranty assessment (for repair or replacement) will be the responsibility of the customer.
